Our ancestors settled on California’s Central Coast in 1864 and began farming the land we call 43 Ranch. Our family are proud fifth and sixth generation farmers. The soil characteristics and mild climate of the southern Salinas Valley mirror the characteristics of old world olive growing regions. We mill all olives using state of the art equipment — the Pierlisi Molinova Serie Oro (Gold Series) for processing and the Pieralisi Leopard 5 Decanter for extraction.
If you are seeking a certified miller we guarantee your olives will be treated with the same care with which we mill our own.
